Can I trust this business?
Clear information, credible examples, honest pricing, and a professional experience help customers assess whether a company is right for them.
About ABX LLC
ABX brings together web design, local SEO, hosting, and practical business technology—guided by an understanding of the people who use them. Based on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Serving small businesses nationwide.
Why we approach business differently
At ABX, we believe building a successful business starts with understanding people.
Who's your customer? What are they looking for? What makes them trust one business over another? What keeps them from making a decision?
These aren't just marketing questions. They're questions about human behavior.
A website should do more than look good. It should help people understand what a business offers, find the answers they need, and feel confident about taking the next step.
Experience behind the business
ABX is owned and operated by Dawn Feldpausch, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, educator, entrepreneur, and business builder with more than 25 years of professional experience.
Years of working with people have shaped how I think about communication, trust, motivation, hesitation, and decision-making. That perspective carries into the way ABX approaches websites, marketing, and customer experiences.
I've also built businesses of my own, including Discreet Therapy and Healing Minds Initiative. I understand the decisions, learning curves, and challenges of developing services, getting established online, managing operations, and figuring out which technology is actually worth using.
ABX brings those experiences together to help small businesses build an online presence and practical systems that serve both the owner and the customer.
The psychology behind a good website
People arrive with questions, concerns, past experiences, and limited time. A useful website meets them where they are instead of making them work to understand the business.
Clear information, credible examples, honest pricing, and a professional experience help customers assess whether a company is right for them.
Good content answers real questions and explains services in words customers understand, not just technical terminology.
Useful navigation, a clear process, and obvious contact options make it easier to move forward without pressure or guesswork.
What we bring together
Websites are central to our work, but they don't operate in isolation. Search visibility, customer communication, and the systems behind the business matter too.
Professional WordPress websites shaped around your services, customers, and the actions visitors should take.

Discuss AutomationHow working with ABX works
We don't expect you to arrive knowing which software, features, or services you need. We start by understanding what you're trying to accomplish.
Complete the contact form, or call or text to discuss scheduling a consultation. Tell us what you're building and where you need help.
We'll discuss your customers, current website or systems, priorities, timeline, and budget.
If there's a good fit, we'll explain a practical approach, proposed scope, pricing, and the next steps before work begins.
Once approved, we complete the agreed work, provide opportunities for review, and discuss launch or appropriate ongoing support.
Let's talk about your business
You don't need to have everything figured out. Tell ABX what you're working on, and we'll start there.
Choose which optional technologies ABX may use. Strictly necessary technologies stay on because they support security, requested features, and your privacy preference.
Your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal is active. Advertising and marketing tracking is locked off.
Required for core site operation, security, requested transactions, and remembering this privacy choice.
Allows optional features such as embedded media or maps when those services are present.
Uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to help ABX understand site usage and performance. Analytics is optional and is not required for the site to work.
Allows advertising, remarketing, conversion attribution, or similar marketing technologies when used.
You can change these choices later using “Privacy Choices.” Turning a category off stops future optional loading controlled by this tool; it cannot erase data a third party already received.
